CNC turning

The turning department consists of a large number of CNC-controlled lathes, 3 of which have rotating tools.

Our largest "lathe" is actually a multi-plant where a large cnc lathe has a built-in 5-axis milling machine.

The machines offer unlimited possibilities for machining advanced geometries with high tolerance requirements. They are used for eccentric shafts and larger parts where we can machine the parts completely finished in one clamping.

The largest machine is a CTX Gamma TC Gildemeister with a machine travel of ø850×2000, ø100mm bore.
